Anti Sway Bars
Critical to the performance of your precipitator, insulators physically support and electrically isolate the high-voltage system from ground. There are many causes of insulator failure, including:
- Misalignment
- High hopper levels
- Inadequate room for thermal expansion
- Chemical erosion
- Dust buildup, which causes electrical tracking and fracture
- Extreme temperature fluctuations
The exceptional strength and thermal materials used in SEI’s insulators make them among the most reliable in the world; all meet or exceed original design specifications and are strength tested at levels well beyond those in actual use. Available in both virgin grade Teflon and 85% Alumina.
