Challenge: 

Design and install SEI's S3 Synergy technology into an existing ESP casing.  Existing ESP is old with outdated technology.

Southern Environmental's Solution: 

SEI performed physical model testing along with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to balance the air flow throughout the ESP system to maximize performance.  SEI provided PowerPlus high frequency technology and SEI-ELEX electrodes while maintaining the current footprint.

Scope of Work:

SEI provided detail engineering, material supply, fabrication, technical support, construction, physical flow model study, ash conveying system and roof system for a one chamber, two mechanical field electrostatic precipitator. 

SEI designed and provided the rapper controller, PLC and PCAMS communication controls.

0.022lb/MMBtu with all fields in service.
